Do I have to sign a long term contract?


No, we only ask that you give us 30 days notice. If you aren’t happy then we aren’t happy.

Once we establish what services you need we can design and implement a plan in a matter of days.

We partner with the nation’s best vacation rental marketing company and are happy to connect you to them with special incentives for you.




Do you assist in increasing our revenues?


The fact that we deliver exceptional customer service to your guests will ultimately lead to increased revenues thru customer referrals and repeat stays.




Can we join the Short Stay Florida Referral Network?


Yes we each of our property owner clients has the option to opt into the program in priority status.




Do you offer recommendations and concierge services to the guests?


Yes we specialize in connecting guests to the very best that South Florida has to offer. Each property gets a guest app that is customized to that property as part of our included services at each service level.




How do you communicate with guests?


We communicate with guests via telephone, text or email before their stay and are available to them 24/7 during their stay no matter what level of service you choose.




What happens if there is an issue with a guest?


We manage issues as they arise and will do our best to find the best solution for the guests while keeping the property owners interests as a priority.




How involved do I need to be as an owner?


That is entirely up to you. We will communicate with you based upon the amount of detail that you want.
