Ken is the Owner and General Manager of Short Stay Florida and brings with him over 30 years of experience in hospitality services, marketing, and property management. He has spent the majority of his career in the hospitality segment of the real estate industry; marketing and managing luxury boutique and large brand affiliated hotels.
Ken began his career at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City and has recently been named as a Distinguished Alumni of that organization. He achieved his Bachelor’s Degree from Penn State University and a Masters Degree from Johns Hopkins University. He has been featured in INC. & Lodging magazines for his work in destination experience marketing and branding. His training and experiences in the hospitality industry is evident in the superior levels of service that differentiates our client’s properties from the competition.
Philippe is the Customer Experience Manager for Short Stay Florida. Philippe was born and raised in Paris, France, graduated from Lycee Prive d’Avesnieres with a degree in tourism, economics, and linguistics. Philippe started his career in the United States in customer service as a Personal Shopper for Nordstrom’s. Philippe transitioned from luxury retail to luxury residential property management where, in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor, Philippe managed the top three luxury condo buildings, generating over $14 million in sales and multiple customer service awards. His passion is customer service which is evident from the moment you meet him.
